KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS HOCKEY CHALLENGE

To register: Pre-registration is recommended. Complete an entry form and have your parents sign it. Proof of age -Birth Certificate-is required. Completed forms with proof of age should be emailed or texted to Jack Walsh or dropped off at St. Christopher Church Office in Hobe Sound.

High School aged contestants should check with their school athletic directors to make sure there are no eligibility conflicts.
